Paola

Paola Quintana is a London-based dancer, teacher and stunt performer with a degree in contemporary dance. Her current practice centres on waacking, bringing together expressive movement, musicality and freestyle.

Alongside performing, Paola teaches waacking classes and private sessions, covering technique, drills, physical strength and the foundations of the style. She describes dance as a way to communicate individual feelings and emotions.

Her stunt training has developed strength and discipline, complementing her work as a fitness coach. Paola combines her contemporary background with her involvement in London's waacking scene, offering an expressive movement approach for performance and creative projects.
