Melody entered the professional dance scene at just 16, already armed with world-class training from the prestigious I Got Soul Academy and enriched by international experience in Los Angeles and New York. Her talent, versatility and edge quickly saw her rise, gracing major stages such as The O2 Arena with Ed Sheeran at the Brit Awards, the Royal Albert Hall with The Wanted, and various platforms across Europe with elite companies like Bird Gang, Mr Bowlers, and I Got Soul.
Her dynamic performance style has captivated millions through appearances on top-rated TV shows including The Voice UK, The X Factor, and Strictly Come Dancing.
As a choreographer, Melody’s creative eye continues to push boundaries. From reimagining classics like Cats: The Musical and choreographing large-scale stunt dance performances at Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, to shaping music videos and live tours (including an Australian run with B*Witched), her work consistently balances impact and innovation. She has also been selected as one of the faces of a major upcoming UK dance event, chosen to represent both her choreography and breaking prowess.
Melody’s breakthrough into the breaking world came in 2021, when, under the mentorship of Reckless Lee (Soul Mavericks), she made an immediate impact by qualifying for the Red Bull BC One UK Top 8 in one of her very first battles. She repeated the feat in 2022 and went on to earn a place in the GB national team, representing the UK at WDSF events across Europe and playing a part in the historic debut of breaking at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
