Biography
Max Revell is a dancer whose work brings together breaking, popping and contemporary dance. He began training at Street Factory in Plymouth, competing in battles around the UK before studying at Northern School of Contemporary Dance in Leeds.
In 2019 he won BBC Young Dancer. After graduating in 2020, he joined postgraduate company Verve and went on to work with artists and companies including Frantic Assembly, The Hiccup Project, Dickson Mbi, Tony Adigun and Botis Seva.
His company profile with Akram Khan Company reflects a career spanning street-dance foundations and contemporary theatre. Max brings both battle experience and ensemble-performance training to his movement work.
