Michael Oladele, also known as Bagsy, is from South London, UK. With over two decades of experience in dance, he has excelled in choreography, competitive dance exchanges, dance mentorship, competition adjudication, teaching, theatre curation, and dance event performances. Michael has extensively studied Waacking, Punking, House, Locking, and Hustle and continues to teach and perform both nationally and internationally.
He has collaborated with organizations such as Breakin' Convention, Summer Dance Forever, Red Bull, Back to the Styles, Defected Records, and Glitterbox, to name a few.
In addition to his dance career, Michael is a trained martial artist specialising in Lau Gar Kungfu and Kickboxing. He has competed in hand forms, bo staff weapons, and light continuous point sparring, earning the title of Cimac Super League Champion twice and continues to compete across the country.
Michael currently works as a stunt performer in films and TV series, with credits including The Marvels, Aquaman, Gladiator 2, Havoc, His Dark Materials, Sandman, and a starring role in the 2023 Super Bowl commercial. He holds an instructor-level qualification in screen combat, teaching fight choreography, and is currently training for the British Stunt Register.
As an emerging actor, Michael has a diploma in acting for screen and has worked as an acting double for Samuel L. Jackson on the TV series Secret Invasion. He is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of his abilities and potential in dance, acting, and stunts, continually striving to better himself physically and mentally to prepare for new challenges and opportunities.
