Biog:
YU JIN aka "Yu Genius" is a member of the SOUL MAVERICKS Crew.

Yu Jin began b-boying in 2003 after watching the UK B-boy Championships DVD. This inspiration has lead Eugene to train and develop into a unique and dynamic dancer. He is able to integrate fascinating transitions, shapes and ground power moves effortlessly.

In 2005 he was selected by DJ RENEGADE to be part of the first generation of Soul Mavericks and in the same year performed at the UK B-boy Championships amongst the world's finest b-boys. From this point onwards Yu Jin has gone from strength to strength with his crew, competing worldwide and achieving great success in the UK. Highlights include winning the National Championships to represent the UK at the "UK B-boy Championships World Finals" and reaching the semi-finals and winning "Battle of the Year UK".

Yu Jin was also able to demonstrate the diversity of his art form when he featured in the Ballet Boyz cutting-edge interpretation of Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring" for BBC3 Television. He has a varied array of performance credits and has appeared in commercials, documentaries and numerous stage shows and tours.
